Functional characteristics: The program is designed to provide digital executive workplaces with the functions of recruiting, appointing, and managing the organization's personnel (HR), which includes both current, former, and future employees. The HR service allows managers to search for job seekers from the office messenger, save them in the organization's staff list as candidates for employees, edit comments for each entry on the list, manage this list and appoint candidates to positions. For certified organizations, this service also allows you to collect a vacancy from the position profile data and send it for publication. For individuals, the HR service allows you to search for employers and contact the employer's management directly in order to hire a job.
